Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using dtd-przeprowadzki.pl and for the provision of moving and related services by DTD Przeprowadzki Sp. z o.o.
1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of moving and related services by DTD Przeprowadzki Sp. z o.o., registered in Warsaw, ul. Sewastopolska 1/15, NIP 521-181-72-78 (the "Service Provider"), via the website dtd-przeprowadzki.pl (the "Site").
2. Definitions
- Client – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit ordering a service through the quote form or by phone.
- Service – a local or domestic move, an office or business move, packing and the sale of packing materials, or post-move cleaning.
- Quote form – the form available on the Site through which the Client provides the Service Provider with contact details and information needed to prepare a free quote.
- Inquiry – the Client's submission of a completed quote form, or contact by phone or email, in order to order a service.
3. Scope of services
The Service Provider offers local and domestic moves, office and business moves (including outside standard business hours and on weekends), packing using its own materials, sale of boxes and packing materials, and post-move cleaning. The exact scope of each service is agreed individually with the Client.
4. Quote and conclusion of the agreement
Quotes are free of charge and non-binding until confirmed by the Client. The Client submits an inquiry through the Site's quote form (providing full name, email address, phone number, type of move and, optionally, a description of the move) or contacts the Service Provider by phone or email. The service agreement is concluded once both parties confirm the date and scope of the service, in particular by phone, email or in writing.
5. Pricing and payment
The price of the service is set individually based on distance, volume of belongings and the scope of work ordered, and does not include additional fuel surcharges or standard transport equipment. Payment is due after the service is performed, by bank transfer or in cash, unless otherwise agreed. A VAT invoice is issued at the Client's request.
6. Client obligations
The Client is required to accurately describe the scope of the move (including access conditions, elevator availability and the number of floors), to prepare belongings for transport, and to inform the Service Provider of any particularly valuable, fragile, dangerous or specially-protected items before the service begins.
7. Service Provider's liability
The Service Provider undertakes to perform the service with due care and holds third-party liability insurance covering the moving services it provides. The Service Provider's liability for loss of or damage to belongings is excluded or limited for items not disclosed in accordance with section 6, and in cases of force majeure.
8. Complaints
Complaints regarding a performed service may be submitted by email to info@dtd-przeprowadzki.pl or by phone at +48 602 212 745, within 7 days of the service being performed, together with a description of the issue. The Service Provider will review the complaint and respond within 14 days of receipt.
9. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
A Client who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance agreement within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with Polish consumer-rights law. This right does not apply where the service has been fully performed with the consumer's express consent, having been informed beforehand that they would lose the right of withdrawal once the service was completed.
10. Personal data
The rules governing the processing of Clients' personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Site.
11. Final provisions
Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law, including the Civil Code and consumer-rights legislation. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions; changes do not affect services already ordered before they take effect. These Terms and Conditions apply from the date of publication on the Site.
