Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process in connection with the use of dtd-przeprowadzki.pl, for what purpose and on what legal basis, and what rights are available to data subjects.
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
We process personal data only to the extent voluntarily provided by the Client through the quote form available on the Site. The form collects:
- full name,
- email address,
- phone number,
- type of move and an optional description of the move (e.g. addresses, floor, elevator access, preferred date).
3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
Data is processed in order to prepare a quote and respond to the inquiry, and — where an agreement is concluded — to perform it, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract, at the request of the data subject) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (the controller's legitimate interest in responding to the inquiry).
4. Data retention period
Data submitted through the quote form is stored by our form provider (Web3Forms) on servers located in the European Union for 365 days from submission, after which it is automatically deleted. Independently of this, the Controller retains data for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry or perform the agreement, and afterwards for the limitation period applicable to potential civil-law claims.
5. Recipients of data and processors
Data submitted through the quote form is transmitted and processed using the following third-party services:
- Web3Forms (web3forms.com) – technical delivery of quote-form submissions to the Controller; data is stored on servers located in the European Union for 365 days,
- hCaptcha – protecting the quote form against automated bot submissions,
- Google (Google Fonts, Google Tag Manager) – serving fonts and managing scripts used on the Site,
- the Site's hosting provider (GitLab Pages) – maintaining and publishing the website.
6. Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area
Web3Forms processes data exclusively on servers located in the European Union. Some of the other providers listed in section 5 (hCaptcha, Google) may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer relies on mechanisms provided for by the GDPR, in particular standard contractual clauses.
7. Cookies and tracking technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies deployed by the third-party providers listed in section 5 (including Google Tag Manager, Web3Forms, hCaptcha). Detailed information about the cookies used and how to manage them is available in our Cookie Policy.
8. Rights of the data subject
Every data subject has the right to access their data, rectify it, request its erasure, restrict its processing, transfer it, and object to its processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO). 9. Data security
The Controller applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the identified risks in order to keep processed personal data secure.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. The current version is always available on the Site.
